As a person with a disability, Matthew Shapiro has spent most of his life motivated to teach those he has met how to better understand the disability community and inclusion. Through this work it has become his life’s mission to educate others regarding disability related issues. With this thought in mind, in December of 2014, he created 6 Wheels Consulting. Working with those in both the private and public sectors he hopes to expand their understanding of disabilities and inclusion to give them the tools they can use in any environment. Matthew has had the privilege of sitting on numerous disability boards and speaking at a variety of conferences both locally and nationally.

Emily Deaton is a writer and disability advocate based in Richmond, VA. She graduated from James Madison University in 2017. Currently, Emily works as a content writer and volunteers at 6 Wheels Consulting and is seeking out new opportunities in the fields of advocacy and copywriting. When she isn't working, Emily enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.

Steve Peterson is the rarest of birds. A writer, graphic designer, retail and business-to-business marketer by trade, Steve’s technological prowess made itself known early on. Over a 35-year career, he has leveraged his technology and marketing expertise across a host of business ventures. He has been a leader of enterprise technology platforms for Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized businesses and small, feisty start-ups, bringing equal parts passion and integrity to the party.
Steve’s innovative management of diverse technologies that have driven marketing, customer service, credit card and remote access business solutions has enabled market leadership positions for his companies and clients wherever he goes.
In short, Steve is that rare combination of technology wizard and inspired communicator and collaborator who loves working with people to solve complex issues. Bob Nolley

Dr. Bob Nolley is a podcaster, producer, professor, and project manager specializing is leadership and helping people build their teams and their lives. His podcast Labrador Leadership has been recognized by Apple Podcasts as New and Noteworthy. His training program The New Leaderati has provided leadership training for all levels of the workplace. Bob is a lifelong resident of the RVA and also enjoys photography and art.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA in Communication), Virginia Commonwealth University (MS in Finance), and Capella University (PhD in Leadership).
David Coleman
