”This morning’s Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) breakfast featured a panel discussion on the recently completed General Assembly building touching on unique challenges the project encountered like adding an underground tunnel beneath a 1912 foundation, the COVID pandemic, and protestors marching on Capitol Hill during construction.
A special treat this morning was being joined by 25 local commercial real estate interns, including two from our W. M. Jordan Richmond office, Natalia Ayala-Torres and Lainie Thompson, who are working in estimating and marketing, respectively. What a great idea from our DEI committee to include our young talent!”
